ModemMAX Internet Connection Optimizer

On the Basic page you can either choose one from three types of connection or return to Windows default settings.

 

	High speed connection This is adequate for Cable, DSL, ISDN, T1 and T3 connection
	Dedicated lines This is the type for dedicated DSL and ISDN lines
	Dial-up service Connection for 14.4k, 28.8k, 33.6k and 56k modems
	Restore Windows Defaults By selecting this, you will return to Windows default Dial-Up Networking Registry settings, which is equal to turning ModemMAX optimization off.
